Digital Programs and Subscriptions

Digital programs and online memberships are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
• A 2.5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover non-recoverable transaction fees
• Customised or personalised services are not eligible for refunds

Physical Products (Fascia Tools)

Physical products such as fascia tools purchased through SloFlow are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided:

• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• The item is returned in its original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error

Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items

• Personalised or customised services
• Consultations or bookings, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
• Products or programs where specific refund conditions were communicated and agreed to before purchase

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
• The refund will be credited to your original payment method
