Our blocks are hand finished in Canadian cedar. I have 3 different blocks for you to choose from:

Regular cedar Block Therapy block

Regular block

The most versatile block. Used across most classes, including core, lower body and ribs. Good for general body alignment and fascia release.

Little cedar Block Therapy block

Little block

Smaller and gentler block ideal for sensitive areas like the neck, face or sternum. Great for facial classes and smaller framed people.

Slope cedar Block Therapy block

Slope block

Used to create angles and directional release, such as in psoas, ITB or sloped rib work. Frequently appears in nuanced movement classes.
